The Mantis Bench

Inspired by the face of a Praying Mantis, this bench brings a playful, artistic element to any home or business. This piece features visible hand-cut joinery, a diamond-pattern weave with yellow 100% cotton cord, and maple wood with carved features brought to life with red milk paint.

50% of the proceeds of this bench will be donated to support the work of Columbus Refugee and Immigration Services (CRIS). A deep value of mine is supporting the most vulnerable people in our community. Refugees and immigrants have brought incredible richness to my life through friendships, food, and experiences.
